Kayseri University organized a “Rector-Staff Meeting” with the aim of reinforcing institutional culture and a sense of belonging, as well as strengthening communication between management and employees.

The event, which was also attended by staff from our Department, brought together academic and administrative staff with university leadership.

The meeting, held on September 16, 2026, fostered a direct line of communication between staff and leadership, supported the sharing of a common vision, and boosted staff motivation.

The event helped spread the institutional culture and strengthen staff’s sense of belonging.
