Our Department’s Quality Committee convened to hold an evaluation meeting as part of its quality assurance system activities.

During the meeting, agenda items regarding the quality processes carried out within our unit, risk management, efforts to close out the Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) cycles, and improving service quality were discussed in detail.

Following a mutual exchange of views and process evaluations, the meeting concluded.
